Malcom Floyd signed a three-year contract extension with the San Diego Chargers that will carry through the 2015 season.

Floyd signed a two-year deal with the team shortly after the NFL Lockout ended last season and has been with the team since 2004.

Matt Schaub and the Houston Texans have agreed upon a $62 million over four seasons, with $24.75 million guaranteed, Fox 26 in Houston reported.

The Texans acquired Schaub in 2007 in a trade with the Falcons.

"I'm very excited to continue to make Houston our home," Schaub said. "My wife and I are raising our kids here, so we're very excited to be a part of this community. Just excited for this opportunity."

James Laurinaitis and the St. Louis Rams have agreed to a five-year contract extension worth $41.5 million. The deal, that runs through the 2017 season, has $23.5 million in guarantees, according to a source.

Laurinaitis was a second round pick in 2009 out of Ohio State.

Jeff Fisher has referred to Laurinaitis as a "captain of the defense."

The Arizona Cardinals and Daryl Washington have agreed upon a six-year deal that will keep him with the franchise through 2017.

Washington had two seasons remaining on his rookie deal.

“Two things that successful teams do consistently is build through the draft and keep their core players,” Graves said. “Daryl has certainly lived up to the potential we all saw in him coming out of TCU in 2010 and he has established himself as one of the top young defensive players in the NFL. I know he feels, like we do, that his best football is still ahead of him and we’re thrilled that this deal gives him the opportunity to achieve that with the Cardinals.”

The Baltimore Ravens and Bryant McKennie have agreed to a restructured deal to remain the team's starting left tackle.

McKennie texted reporters earlier in the day that he would be leaving the Ravens.

The Ravens were seeking a reduction in McKennie's pay this season.
